Faier Sistemz is a Kyiv studio where architects, engineers, designers, researchers and educators work on the same projects, from the first sketch to the campaign that launches it.
Why one studio
A building designed without knowing who will use it, or a campaign launched without data, costs twice. Our research team feeds our architects and designers, our engineers verify what the designers draw, and our academy teaches what we learn along the way.

We act as an intermediary in placing advertising in mass media, negotiating rates and schedules with outlets on behalf of clients, and report every placement with proof of publication.

Privacy Policy
Effective September 30, 2026
FAIER SISTEMZ TOV ("Faier Sistemz", "we") works with clients, students, research participants and job applicants. Each group shares different information with us, so this policy is organised around them. We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, for people in the European Union, the GDPR.
1. Who we are

2. Clients
For architecture, engineering, design and advertising projects we collect the names and contact details of client representatives, project briefs, site and property information, ownership documents needed for permits, and invoicing details. We use them to deliver the project, obtain permits and meet accounting requirements.
3. Academy students
When you enrol, we collect your name, contact details, date of birth where required for certificates, payment information, attendance, submitted assignments and results. We use this to run the course, issue certificates and answer your questions. Your coursework may be shown in class; it will be published outside the Academy only with your written consent. If a participant is under 18, we require the consent of a parent or guardian.
4. Research participants
In surveys, polls and focus groups we may collect demographic information and your opinions. Participation is voluntary and based on your informed consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We separate contact details from answers as soon as fieldwork ends, and clients receive only anonymised or aggregated results, never data identifying you. Focus groups are audio or video recorded only if you agree in advance, and recordings are deleted once transcripts are anonymised.
5. Advertising and media placement
When we plan and place advertising for clients, we do not build profiles of individuals or buy personal data. Any campaign audience data we receive from media outlets is aggregated.
6. Job applicants
CVs and portfolios are used only to assess your application. If you are not hired, we delete them within 6 months, unless you agree to keep them for future vacancies.
7. Sharing
We share data with state authorities for construction permits, with testing laboratories and subcontracted surveyors where a project requires it, with media outlets for advertising placement (client business data only), with payment providers, and with IT and cloud providers under confidentiality obligations. We never sell personal data.
8. Retention
- Project documentation: for the life of the building design liability period required by law, and at least 10 years.
- Student records and certificates: 5 years after the course ends.
- Research contact data: deleted at the end of fieldwork; anonymised results may be kept indefinitely.
- Enquiries without a follow-up: 12 months.
9. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Write to the address above; we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, in the EU, your local supervisory authority.
10. Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only technical storage needed to display the website is used.
11. Updates
Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
